Dating my friends to have dinner in Central last week.
We went to try a stylish new bar specializing in whisky and highballs –
The ThirtySix, it was really a nice choice!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



A wall of whisky surprised us once we stepped into the restaurant, so amazing and attracting!



A stylish wine cellar placed different type of whisky, showed collection of different whisky.



Salted Egg Chicken Crackling HK$68

My first time to try chicken crackling,
very crispy, delicious and not greasy.

 



Firefly Squid in Soy Sauce with Wasabi Cheese HK$78

My first time to try ‘Firefly Squid’ too.
The dish was very tasty with soy sauce,
matched with wasabi cheese which adds novelty value



Rice crackers with veggies mocktail mousseline HK$88

A very special sauce of veggies mocktail mousseline,
full of fresh onion, carrot, eggplant, avocado etc.
It had a very rich taste and matched with rice cracker,
crunchy and flavorful!

 

 



Old-fashioned Beef Bourbon Burger HK$138

The bun was soft and the beef bourbon was really big,
very succulent, juicy and full of flavour!
Definitely would recommend this burger!

 



Tiger Prawn Flambe Rolled with Chicken Skin HK$78/pcs

Tiger Prawn was big and bouncy.
Added lemon can counteract greasy of chicken skin,
it was so match of tiger prawn with chicken skin!

 

 



Seasonal Fruits Platter HK$108

So special dishes of freshness fruits,
very sweet and flavorful, it was palatable!



Orange Coconut Crumble HK$120

Included 1800 Coconut Tequila, Vodka Orange, Cookie Crumb etc.
A little bit bitter but very palatable and toothsome after all mixed together!

 



Salted Lemon Spritzer HK$80

Included Salted lemon, fresh lemon juice,
grated ginger, ginger beer and white fleur de sel,
a little sweet, lightly sour and very freshness!
